When will my order be complete?
At the top the order page there is a campaign date range. Orders will be complete 7-10 business days after the end date.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Changes can be made up until the campaign completion date. Send email to email@example.com with order number and modification. Credits applied to card accounts can take 48-72 hours to appear on a statement.
If my order is scheduled for pick-up when/where will I receive it?
Each campaign has a coordinator contact that will provide updates on order status. To find out whom your contact is send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
I don’t want to enter my credit card information on a web site. What should I do?
We can manually process credit cards on the back end and add orders to the system.
My credit card is declining. What might be the cause of that?
Billing address and zip code must match the credit card account.
Our organization is tax exempt. Why am I being charged sales tax?
Sales tax has to be charged to the owner of the credit card. The only way to avoid is to use an account tied to the organization with the tax exempt status.
What size should I order?
Each manufacturer has slightly different cuts. If you are a local customer we have size samples available at our retail store. Otherwise we have size charts that can act as guides.
